How we verify

A four-level inspection on every lot.

No part ships without clearing each gate. Heavier scrutiny on suspect lots, EOL parts, and high-value programs.

Visual inspection

Every unit

Markings, leads, packaging, date codes, lot codes, country of origin, and tape-and-reel integrity. We compare against manufacturer reference samples and flag any mismatch.

Microscopic inspection

Sampled, plus all suspect lots

High-magnification check for re-marking, sanding, blacktopping, scratch patterns, and surface texture inconsistencies. Catches the most common counterfeit signatures.

X-ray inspection

Suspect lots and high-value programs

Internal die comparison and bond-wire analysis. Verifies the silicon inside matches the package outside — the test that catches re-packaged counterfeits visual checks miss.

Electrical & functional test

Sampled per lot, programmable on request

Curve trace, parametric test, and functional verification on samples drawn per lot. For programmable parts, we can run customer-specific functional tests on request.

If incoming inspection on your end flags an authenticity issue, send it back. We replace, refund, or RMA at our cost. No restocking fees, no debate.

We document where each lot came from — factory, distributor, or qualified secondary source. You see the chain of custody, not just the invoice.
